Located in Ste-Lucie-des-Laurentides, this house will meet your expectations.

Nested on a 5 acre lot, 475 meters above sea level, the breathtaking, 180 degree view will let you preside over the rolling mountain range as far as the eyes can see.

In this house, you will find: 3 closed bedrooms and one on the opened mezzanine, plus another summer bedroom in the tower, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 indoor fireplaces plus an outside fire pit, a sound system , a 42'' flat TV screen and a dishwasher. Security gates for children have been installed in the stairway.

The exterior year round spa is at your disposal.

For on-site or close by activities, you can choose between cycling, swimming at Lac Ménard (7 minutes) or at Lac Sarrazin (8 minutes). You can also rent canoes, kayaks, pedalos or wind surf boards at Lac des Sables in Sainte-Agathe des-Monts or rent canoes and kayaks at À l'Abordage in Val-David to go down the gentle Rivière-du-Nord to Lac Raymon where you can choose to get back to your starting point by shuttle or by bicycle (for the whole family). You can also hike up the mountain in the back or in the forest out front or go to Mont KaiÏcop to start from L'interval outdoor center for hiking & mountain biking or cross-country skiing and snowshoeing.

Keep in mind that we are looking for MATURE, DISCRET AND RESPECTFUL guests. So note that, after too many bad experiences, we do not rent Le Big Bang cottage to groupes with an average age of less than 30 years old, or to people who want to party without regards for the neighbors. Though they are quit far, this is a mountain top propriety and sound travels a long way in those parts...noise can disturb them.

Full bedding supplied.

For cooking, some basic elements are there such as: sugar, salt, pepper, spices, coffee filters, etc. The kitchen is well equipped. You will find, amongst other things, a coffee maker, a coffee grinder, a blender, a gas fondue kit, and any usual kitchen accessories. Security gates for children have been installed in the stairway.

There is a 42" HD TV hooked to Bell Express Vu, a DVD player, a sound system and Wifi access. Board games are at your disposal.

Outside, the spa is usable year round, There is also a BBQ (propane gas provided) and a fire pit (for summer nights).

This Cottage has 3 closed bedrooms with Queen beds, a fourth bedroom on the mezzanine with a Queen bed and a twin bed. In the summer time, there is a fifth bedroom in the tower furnished with a double bed. The basement has a double bed in summer and the tower double bed is also there during the winter. Please note that the cottage can accommodate a maximum of 12 people.

For activities on site or near by, you have a large menu to choose from: swimming at Ménard lake (7 minute drive) or Sarrazin lake (8 minute drive), walking in the woods or hiking the mountain, mountain bike (L'interval), horse riding (Ranch Ladouceur), mega-ziplines (25 minute drive) (Tyroparc) , etc... We invite you to visit Sainte-Lucie-des-Laurentides's recreation center for cross-country skiing and snowshoewing trails at: L'Interval
